About Our Principle Engineer
Zachary R. Henrichs is a licensed Professional Engineer and Board-Certified Diplomate of Forensic Engineering with extensive experience in civil engineering design, infrastructure development, and forensic investigation. His design background includes site development, grading and drainage, roadway and intersection improvements, stormwater systems, and utility infrastructure for residential, commercial, and municipal projects. He has prepared engineering plans, technical reports, and construction documents and has served as engineer-of-record on multiple projects.
In addition to engineering design, Mr. Henrichs conducts forensic evaluations involving structural performance, construction defects, site conditions, and property damage. He has provided expert testimony in depositions, arbitration, and court proceedings for both plaintiff and defense matters. His forensic work includes foundation and settlement issues, slope stability, drainage failures, structural movement, water intrusion, and construction deficiencies.
Mr. Henrichs is known for delivering practical design solutions and objective, evidence-based forensic opinions grounded in sound engineering principles.
